Insights and actionsAt a New Electronic Media Symposium convened in New Orleans, predicted that agile and responsive interactive selling media would become critical to serve the evolving needs and tastes of consumers who were no longer merely recipients of information and ideas from big media sources, but were becoming emancipated in a new media democracy. Issued a challenge for all new electronic media developers to bring their ideas to Lands' End first, and that in turn, we would fund and test all reasonable candidates for new interactive selling approaches.
