In the role of Vice President, Marketing  for Lands' End, learned about the World Wide Web in 1994. Working with CEO Mike Smith against internal inertia, skepticism, even opposition, conceived and built the first website that could sell clothing online and grew it from $300 a month to $3 million a month in 3 years. The Lands' End website today accounts for more than half of their multi-billion dollar business.
